Christian Institute of Management (CIM) was founded in 1998 under the visionary leadership of Dr. Ebenezer Sunder Raj, alongside key leaders from Churches and Missions. Officially registered in 2000, CIM is an indigenous, trans-denominational mission organization.
Dr. Ebenezer Sunder Raj spearheaded CIM's mission to equip leaders of Churches and organizations with the tools for achieving Biblical levels of Management Excellence. Under his guidance, CIM enhances the capacity of these organizations in areas such as legal compliance, governance, and leadership.
