Christian Institute of Management (CIM)
1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to Christian Institute of Management (CIM) through our website or payment gateway, including registration fees, course fees, donations, and purchases of books or publications. As a general rule, fees and donations paid to CIM are non-refundable. This applies to:

Once a fee or donation is received, it is applied to the costs of programme preparation, resource allocation, and organisational operations. For this reason, refunds are ordinarily not possible.

3.2 Duplicate Payment
If a duplicate or excess payment has been made due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification. Please contact us at operations@cimindia.in with the transaction details within 7 days of the payment.
