It has been driving organisational growth and enhancing the human resources framework through its three-year OD engagement at CMCT. In a pivotal role, Mr. Raja Christopher, Director – Management Training at CIM, has been essential in implementing various HR initiatives, including the development of a Performance Management System (PMS) for CMCT. Over three years, CIM has carried out extensive organisational development interventions, enhancing the overall HR services at CMCT.
Throughout 2023 and 2024, CIM has successfully managed a range of services, including staff recruitment, interviews, and new staff induction. Other key achievements during this period include updates to the HR dashboard, rectification of salary structures and pay scales for each level of staff, organisational restructuring, and the administration of the sponsorship programme. CIM has also managed processes related to staff discipline and retirement with due notice.
The ongoing process of the three-year Organisational Development (OD) intervention has now reached its conclusion. Throughout this period, CIM has focused on enhancing various aspects of the organisation, including staff engagement and capacity-building initiatives. Moving forward, CMCT will build on this progress and refine strategies to improve employee morale and efficiency, using insights from this intervention to guide plans.
