Communicate with Clarity & Purpose

Effective communication is a critical competency for leaders and managers in today’s dynamic organisational environment. Managerial Communication equips learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to communicate confidently and professionally in nonprofit settings.

The course focuses on the principles of interpersonal, written, digital and leadership communication, while emphasising ethical practices, emotional intelligence, active listening and effective presentations. Learners also develop competencies in business communication, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution and strategic communication using both traditional and digital media.

Grounded in Biblical values and servant leadership principles, the course enables future leaders to communicate with integrity, clarity, empathy and purpose — enhancing organisational effectiveness and fostering meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
