Christian Institute of Management (CIM) was founded in 1998 and registered in 2000 under the visionary leadership of Dr. Ebenezer Sunder Raj, alongside key leaders. CIM is an indigenous, trans-denominational management training institute.
Dr. Ebenezer Sunder Raj spearheaded CIM's purpose to equip leaders of religious and charitable organizations with the tools for achieving Biblical levels of Management Excellence. Under his guidance, CIM enhances the capacity of these organizations in areas such as legal compliance, governance, and leadership.
