Position

Manager – Resource Mobilisation

To lead and drive resource mobilisation by actively raising funds through building meaningful relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners, ensuring sustainable financial growth for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a structured resource mobilisation plan
Build and sustain relationships with donors, sponsors, and institutional partners
Identify funding opportunities and initiate, follow up, and secure financial support
Support donor engagement, communication, and retention
Maintain donor database and track mobilisation progress

Requirements

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
3–5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or donor engagement
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and raise financial support
Proposal writing and strong communication, persuasion, and consistent follow-up skills
Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
Experience in non-profit / ministry context and exposure to donor or partnership engagement will be an advantage
Willing to travel extensively
