Management Coordinator – Health Care
To strengthen Health Care Vertical with a focus on identifying institutional needs and providing strategic solutions through organisational development services, sector-specific interventions, and capacity-building programmes.
- Coordinate and maintain strategic relationships with mission-minded Hospitals and Healthcare institutions across India.
- Assist in providing Organisational Development (OD) initiatives for hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Collaborate with consultants, subject-matter-experts, and healthcare professionals for specialised assignments.
- Represent the organisation in healthcare forums, networking platforms, national level federations and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure timely communication, coordination, and follow-up with partner institutions and stakeholders.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in hospital administration, healthcare operations, organisational development or institutional management.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly hospitals and non-profit healthcare institutions.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and consistent follow-up skills.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and result oriented.
- Experience in non-profit institutions and exposure to hospital setting will be an advantage.
