Last month, as CIM entered into its Silver Jubilee year, we reached out to churches across India, inviting them to observe 'CIM Sunday' on any of the Sundays in September to show solidarity with our cause. Despite the short notice, many churches responded enthusiastically, expressing their willingness to dedicate a Sunday for CIM.
In Hyderabad, CIM Sunday was observed at the Bethesda Church, where Mr. Miracle Frank, one of our staff members, briefly shared about CIM. Mr. Prakash Nayak shared about the impact of CIM in the church and society and Pr. Richard prayed for the ministry of CIM.
At the St. Thomas Evangelical Church in Chennai, Rev. Dr. Aniyankunju Joy announced the observance of CIM Sunday, and our Executive Director, Dr. Aby Alexandar, spoke about the ministry of CIM. During intercessory prayer, CIM prayer points were included.
Similarly, CIM Sunday was observed in many churches across the country, and prayers were offered.
We continue to appeal for prayers from all churches and will encourage congregations to observe CIM Sunday in September 2025.
