On invitation, the Organisation Development & Capacity Building team of CIM visited a 40-year-old organisation from 30 July to 2 August 2024 in Siwan village, located 132 kms from Patna, Bihar. The purpose of the visit was to help the organisation by studying its structure, which included various aspects such as governance, HR, finance, properties, projects, statutory compliances and ultimately provide strategic recommendations.
During this organisation checkup, the team identified certain gaps in the structure and proposed strategic solutions to help better the overall governance and management systems in place.
CIM will be continuing its service to the organisation, to help in the implementing of the strategic recommendations. This OD service was sponsored by a funding agency, and we thank them for their support.
